Right now I am being harrassed to death by NCO Financial Systems aka "Whatever else they go by"..Anyway, the account that they are trying to collect on is for Capital One. On my CR, it says that I was past due 30 days as of Oct. 03. Since the SOL in North Carolina is 3 years on open acconts, wouldn't the SOL have been up in Oct. 06?? If so, what type of letter can I send NCO to let them know that I am aware of the SOL running out and to stop them from sending me letters and calling me constantly, starting @ 8 am on Saturday morning??

Ok...I just done the C&D letter and have it printed and signed. Now, what do I need to do to let them know about the SOL being out?? Does anyone have a template that I can go by??
