I'm dealing with the same group. They did the same shpiel. I filed a complaint about them with the FTC. I was told they had five days to send me correspondence about the debt. They added that if I didn't hear back from them, then I should speak with a lawyer about filing suit against them for not following the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

hey a coworker of mine got this bullcrap call and i want to help her and the rest of you guys out. how can i help? also how do i get pass the secretary b/c they ask me for an acct number or my name and of course they can't find me b/c i never borrow from them. Have your coworker file a complaint with the Florid Attorney General.You can do it online.

You can also find my Pub topic about Bass victims and retrieve the reporter's email in it.The reporter is local to Bass's home town and is very interested in hearing from everyone.

'Google' their name. If it pops up, it may be legit, if it doesn't, watch out. Check with Miami Better Business Bureau, just in case.
