I make every attempt, at every opportunity, to spread the word about Bass and Associates. I go to as many newspaper websites, throughout the country, writing about them. Here is one such comment I left on a tennessee newspaper:

I didn't realize their address was a mail box at a UPS store. Or is it the UPS store themselves? I guess it really isn't surprising to me. I'm having my documents notorized at the bank tomorrow to send back to the AG in Florida. Twisted Evil

I am with you on this one. I think any collector or attorney who cannot follow the rules needs to be shutdown permanently.

Mishele, yes, they use box 323 in the UPS store. The worker there said that Bass is behind on payments for the box.

LMAO. Bass is behind on their own bills, they can not even afford to keep up the payments on a PO box? Now that is comical.

To give Bass a taste of their own medicine, the UPS store should turn their bill over to Allied Interstate. Then two of the worst CA's in the world can fight it out

Somebody needs to tell David Jacobs to quit being so cheap and pay for the P.O. Box. Maybe I'll call and tell him that affidavits are being downloaded as we speak for non-payment of P.O. Box Laughing

Can anyone verify whether B&A is the old Professional Debt Mediators, Inc.? Their tactics sound the same. Maybe the UPS store will "download" them.
