We had a loan through them and they were the easiest to work with and we also got a refund. It took about a week after they marked our account PIF. It will come in handy when you get it. Now if I could just get MagnumZ to send a refund, but not such luck yet.

I told them I wanted a refund but they didn't say yes..Now I am still waiting for aresponse from astro lending and SJM Marketing

I hope they give you that refund. Like I said, it sure will come in handy. We were able to make a mortgage payment with ours.

i have only paid them $540..the difference wont make a mortgage payment by it will do some good

Hey every little bit does help though. We paid them quite a bit more than we should have, that is why we got such a big refund. Heck with how prices of gas keep going up, it sure can help there. Do hope you get something back. Keeping my fingers crossed for ya.

I typed things in my own wordsi.e "left a message re account #i have already paid you guys 600 on a 260 dollar loan.. i closed my bank account effective 3/5/2007 . I also am going to file a complaint with my Attorney Generals office since as it is illegal to roll over loans in the state of florida..Yes I was given the option to refinance..but you guys know that option was not supposed to have been offered and you guys have abused it.."
Basically that is what I wrote and they answered with this
"Hi Nichole. I'm very sorry for all the inconvenience. I can fax the Paid In Full letter to you if you have access to a fax machine. Please give me a call at 866-403-8577."
