I got a letter from the Attorney Generals office of Indiana saying they were trying to "mediate" a reasonable resolution with Bass and Associates. Can someone tell me if anyone has gotten a letter from their State Attorney Generals office and if so, what exactly does that mean?

Thanks so much!

It looks like the AG is collecting consumer complaints against Bass and Associates and start up their investigation process. Give them all the information they need. Maybe, this will speed up the legal actions against them

When an attorney general says his office will mediate,he is basically functioning similar to the better business bureau with one important difference,he is the ATTORNEY GENERAL/Attorney. By that I mean he has a very large club he can use if he doesn't like the way a company is operating.
