Anyone ever deal with or know how to deal with Cash Call?

Ohhh...that's a tough one...they have extrordinary interest rates, and are backed by a bank. I have to wonder if being sued by them to obtain a judgement interest rate would be preferable to maintaining a healthy account with them.

Oh, and make sure they follow your state laws regarding collections by original creditors (if you are fortunate enough to live in one) to a T.

My suggestion would be STAY AWAY!!! at all costs. This is one dangerous company that is cropping up. It would take years to even begin to pay back these loans. I hope this is one company that the legislation will crack down on. BEST WISHES KYSIDE38

Their customer testimonials were, uhh, amusing...like the guy who wasn't sure of it at first because he'd been taken advantage of before.

Loan company for those who cant add! For the love of GOD a person borrowing $5075 pays back almost $22,000. Thats roughly 420%. The Mob would be envious!!!!!

I think Tony has more heart also! I think it is much easier to just break a leg for non payment at least then you might be able to apply for disability and the loan was repaid, through broken bones. LOL.
And wow! What an eye opener hootiefan, when you posted the actual cost to repay, what the @##$$! Almost $22,000 for $5,000 loan!?!?!?! And you are right, the mob doesn't even charge that kind of interest rate!

I feel bad for Gary Coleman, I see him on their commercials late at night. I wonder how much he owes them and if he is working it off by doing spots on their commercials for them? You might as well as sell your soul to the devil, I hear he is much kinder.
