He's a convicted felon for assault with deadly weapon, making false arrest, and threat generation. If he calls you, you should have his number. Post it on here so we can help by knowing where he's located and whether or not he's even authorized to call you.

I hired this transportation collection company to collect on a few unpaid invoices that my company had and its bad enough that my company did not get paid for the work that it completed but to find out a few months later that they actually collected funds on several of the invoices I turned over to them but never paid my company on them. One of my dispatchers spoke with one of the customers that had already paid the broker we booked the load with and he was contacted by Baxter Bailey and they harrassed his accounting people and threatened to contact every customer of theirs till they paid them on this account. They did harass several customers of theirs and when they advised them that their attorney would contact them regarding their actions. They mocked & cursed him, advising them that they were deadbeat pathetic pieces of s_ _ _ and that if he knew what was best for him that he would.....I am so ashamed of how my company was represented by these peoples and I just want to warn anyone that is thinking of hiring them. Beware they are bad people. They are crooks and they will rob, threaten and steal from you.

They are trying to collect a debt from us? I knew right away this was a scam. This debt is over a year and a half old and it is the trucking companies fault we have not paid them. They don't even know the whole story and have no interest in hearing it. They just want us to pay! Who I really feel bad for is the Stupid Trucking Company that hired them...(even though they tried to screw us)

We have had several accounts turned over to us and the trucking collection agency that had it before us, Baxter Bailey and Associates of Southaven, MS, had already collected the freight charges but did not pay the carrier that hired them to collect it. Many of the accounts had been settled by Baxter Bailey for only a fraction of the amount due. I guess they would just take what they could get since they were keeping all of it anyway. Be very careful of the trucking debt collection agency Baxter Bailey and Associates of Southaven, MS.
