I had a new item show up on my credit report from LHR, Inc., however, i have not received anything from them in the mail. I would like to send a validation letter to them. Should i go ahead and send a validation letter to them even though i havent received anything from them in writing? What should i do?
Also, what kind of validate letter should i use since most of the letters reference letters that are received in the mail.
Thanks in advance.

When you decide to send the letter, you will need to do it certified mail, returned receipt, that way you will get proof that they recieved it. You can then dispute it on your credit record. The dispute forms are listed on the credit reporting page for all three credit reporting companies. goodluck
