I received a call a couple of months ago from ER Solutions collecting for Washington Mutual for a line of credit, which I do owe. I had no problem paying this and made arrangements with them to pay. In the mean time I continue to get collection calls from Washington Mutual. I called Washington Mutual and told them I am paying ER Solutions for the line of credit, they said they don't know where my money is going but it is not getting to them. Can anyone give me advise on what to do about this situation?

Looks like you are creating a office barbque fund. Contact Washington Mutual and ask for their in house collections dept. Tell them what is going on and ask them why Er is collecting on you. If they say that your account is not in collections outside of their company,ask them to send you a letter stating this.

After you receive that letter,send a copy of it to collector and ask for refund if they do not desire criminal fraud charges filed against them.
