I had to pay off my a PDL through Pinion, I hated the constant calling. I paid them a lot more than what I borrowed which I think is highway robbery. They are now handling my PDL through One Click Cash. I wish I had an address for them to send a cease and desist letter. Does anyone know if I send the letter to One Click Cash if that covers Pinion as well?

One Click cash is not a collection, they are a seperate PDL place...are you sure you did not take out more than one loan??

Pinion Management is collecting on behalf of One Click Cash. The C&D letter will work only on them. You can get their calls stopped after sending the letter. One Click Cash are not required to follow the C&D rule, since they are a lender. Here is the address for them.

Pinion also owns ameriloan and constant calling is definately their MO. Stay strong and only pay back what you really owe. Don't let them beat you down!

You also need to file a complaint with your Attorney General's office, I had one with ameriloan and the phone calls stopped once my AG's office contacted them. They wouldn't give me a PIF, that was several months ago and they have left me alone. And if they wanted to start calling again I would just get back in touch with my AG's office because they would have documentation and proof of their contact with this company. I'm not worried about them. But get your complaints in.
