I have this attorney's office contacting me about orchard master card,, this ladt calls me at work 3 or 4 times then at home leaves messages about every hour any wat she left this address and phone number is there anyone can tell me if this is right or point me in the right direction to go
i havent recieved a letter from this attorney just that woman callin i have tried to tell her all of these credit cards were payed when we refinanced our house. but we all know how these people are anyway this is the phone number and address 800-977-9668 and po box 832070 Richardson Texas 75083 can anyone help me and find out if this is a correct phone and address??

By mistake, you forgot to post the name of the attorney here. All attorneys collecting on behalf of the CAs must comply with the FDCPA laws during collections. As you are sure of the debt already paid, you must get the debt validated by the attorney. Don't feel intimated by them. If they continue calling at your work and home, report them to your state AG. They will investigate on their collection methods.

Doesnt sound like an attorney's number.

I would file for harassment if it keeps up.

There are a handful of debt collectors in Richardson, TX. One of them is an attorney. If you post the name we may be able to answer the question.

The only one I see listed with zip 75083 is SRG Inc.
