Does anyone have an address for these people. They have called my work for 3 days straight after I have told them not to and even faxed over a letter to not call me at work but they continue and will not give me an address........

I looked them up on the New Mexico BBB website and they have a bad rating, which was no surprise. Above is the address that is listed for them.

If you got a loan from them and they are the original creditor, they don't have to honor your requests for them to stop calling you, unfortunately.

How much was your loan for, how much have you paid back in fees so far before defaulting, and what state are you in?

I closed my account with ameriloan because they kept taking out 90 every 2 weeks and I asked them to work with me and I paid over 380 and now they turned over to Pinion and they say I owe 510.00. I live in North Carolina
