how to stop harassing phone calls?? even at work and home number is unlisted. This lady that calls my house claims she works for Thomas K Banford office ms.Davis Calls me on my job every hr on the hr and she calls at home the same way even no one is there and just leaves this phone number 214-343-6364. is there any advice for out here on how to deal with this woman and the phone calls?

Call her. Find out what she wants first. If its in regards to a debt, then request debt validation. And go from there. I've said this before, a phone call, goes a long way...(don't get me wrong, some of these folks are relentless).

Yes unless you call them you will not know what they want if you don't know who they are. It sucks to have to call to get that information but sometimes we have to do that just to get them off our backs at first.

Get your debt validated by the law firm. Send a C&D letter mentioning all communication through mail only, no phone calls. They will violate the federal laws if they continue to call after receiving your letter.

I get this little program for my windows mobile cellphone. I t works great. The name of the program is phonegate.

This is the only way. You need to change your number. To go further, change your phone company. The new number cannot be on your name. The new number must be on a different address also. Otherwise, they(the credit cards) company will find your number and continues to call you days and nights. I changed my number 3 times before finally get a break by doing the above. Good luck all in your quest to free yourself from the devils name CREDIT CARDS. I have been a slave for about thirty years. I used my 401K to pay them. It was not enough. This is part of the story. I am tired of this, NOMATTER what I am getting out this time. I just need a 50 percent discount on my $90,000 of credit card debt.
