I have a few bills that are over 7 years old from a devorce and I am still getting calls on them. When if ever does the SOL end on them?

The SOL might have already expired on the debt? Be aware that the latest payment will renew the SOL from the beginning.
Do you remember when was the last payment done? This will be helpful in finding out the latest status of your account. You may call your creditor and get this information.

SOL for credit reporting: Seven months from charge off date.
SOL for debts: Varies from state to state.

For most states the SOL is anywhere from 3 to 6 years. Notable exceptions are states such as Ohio, where the SOL is 15 years for debts such as credit cards.

In some states, you cannot be held liable for a spouse or x-spouse's debts like credit cards. If your state is favorable to you and the debts are in the x's name, it should be fairly easy to stop the calls.

If necessary, might it be possible to file an amendment to your divorce agreement?

Yes, I would find out more about these debts & the SOL. Write the CAs a debt verification letter also & you will find out more as well.(Don't forget to send these letters certified mail with return receipt for proof they received them).
