This is great news! I really hope these jerks get taken down and put in jail for a long time. Maybe then, other scum bag collection agencies will get their acts together and realize that the consumers of America mean business and won't take any more crap.

That can be found on their website. Just FYI, Ellis and Crosby had already been investigated by FL and shut down, they just open up under a new name, same owners though, same illegal behavior. You can go to the FL site where you file your complaints and you can see how many complaints have been filed against them. There are several members on this forum that have been contacted by the AG's office and given a deposition.
