I have been dealing with a Chase cc debt with Vikings Collection, but they insisted on a lump sum I can't come up with. Many of the forum users suggested me writing to Chase directly, which I did, but only to their PO address on the back of the cc. Haven't heard from them yet and would like to send a certified mail again, but it is almost close to impossible to find that Dept.'s mailling address (not PO). Does anyone know who should I write to??

These are the address posted in their website. They have the PO address only where you need to send the payments or proposals. They won????????t give you any other address
