Google phonebook came up with this result. It's a residential number.

drjonah was correct in listing the call here, but if no one spoke to him, I'm curious how he/she knew it concerned debt consolidation. It DOES, I got the benefit of a recorded blurb, but didn't wait until the very end of it to see what instructions there were.
If I'd known this site existed, I would've sure recorded the message. GREAT site, by the way!

Sorry for this extra post. The message started off with "This is and important message from cardmember services. There is no problem with your account, but...." and went on into the blurb.

Just received a call from this number. Didn't recognize it so I didn't answer it. I don't answer calls from numbers I don't know.

I don't answer calls from numbers that I don't know either. If it is important, they will leave a message and let me know who they are and what they want. If they don't want to do that, send me a letter....and if they don't bother doing that then they have no business with me as far as I am concerned.

850-456-1207 just called me 4PM EST from Florida. I am in Maine. I changed my number to get away from this nonsense....debt consolidation. Someone sold me out on the new number.....I have asked EVERY BUSINESS I deal with NOT to give out my number. someone betrayed me. the donotcall.gov does not really work at all.......waste of time

but the message was a "You've won 2 days and 3 nights in Orlando FL" timeshare thing. I think telemarketers have a device that disguises their real #'s and there is probably a list of shill numbers they use, this seems to be one of them.

I also am in Maine, Tried to call back the number and got a recording saying the number has been disconnected.
Probably a collection agency or some sort of telemarketing scam....

I have reported this number to the DNC twice. When ever you try to tell them you are on the DNC list, they hang up in mid-sentence.
It is a fraud. I think that this phone number is a scam of monumental proportions. The person calling from this number offers vacations that the caller has won, wants to help with your massive credit card debt and informs callers that their car warranty is ready to expire.
I spoke to Julia this morning and according to my research, she has called other people offering a variety of services. They have complaints from callers all over the US. They need to be shut down and put into in jail.

When my phone rang today, I checked the caller ID, it was the number mentioned in the subject line above. MSN White Pages could only say that it was in the Florida Panhandle. So, I typed the number into search and found this site.
These people that try to destroy peoples lives should be put in jail with a "manditory Life w/o parole."

Since mid May this number calls me every weekday at 10:30 am CDT. Every day it leaves a different message on my answering machine. I think it's a scam & a fraud. One message was from a man with a stern voice who said it was "from card services with an urgent message about my account" and said it was imperative for me to call back as soon as possible. Instead I called the number on the back of the only credit card that I have and they said they never contacted me and my account is fine (I have a $5500 limit but only have $460 balance on the card and make payments every month on time). Another message was from an overly excited young woman who said I won an all expense paid vacation for 2 and needed to call back asap in order to claim the prize. When I saw the same phone number with a different message in a different person's voice, I ignored it. Then there was the message from a man who said he had urgent information to discuss about a family member who was stranded in Florida without any way to get back home to Wisconsin. WTF??!! All my family is right here in WI and nobody has traveled farther than 20 miles to work and back. And it continues. One time I answered the call and it was a recording leaving me a recorded message. No way to talk to them unless I call back, which I won't do. I think they are just trying to get credit card numbers so they can make fraudelent charges. Beware, don't give them any info.
