How can I protect my credit cards funds in an ascrow account with consumer law firm in fl. And how much does a person have to have in their ascrow account before the firm start their settlements with the creditor's. I have six creditor's
cards bills total $ 5500.00 I send in to consumer law firm $100.00 per month. $39.00 per month for processing fee and the balance of $61.00 to my escrow account. I have about six
hundred dollars in my escrow account. Is that enough to start
any settelments. Is this legal what's takinging place! Please help me out with this urgent! matter. thank you.

Dido to Brigitte. The same exact circumstance except the medical debt. We had the same thing happen to us with Mezeys & Associates. We started out with NLDC which I can't even find when I google. We've been trying to get $1800 on one CC we paid twice and $6191 in Escrow. We ended up paying all our CC on our own. We call Mezeys/Campos everyday and we speak to no one but left on hold until we hang up. The last call was 58 mins. Campos and Mezeys pitch their customer back and forth. Campos says Mezeys is going to pay us and Mezey's says Campos is going to pay us. So the rest of you that think they are so great and helpful - Mezey/NLDC/Campos Charter, get ready to learn and burn your lesson.

I am so hurt and taken advantage of! We have learned our lesson with debt relief companies!!DO USE THEM!

We are 0 for 2. Debt Relief of America scammed us for over $1000. Then we thought we would get smart and looked up a company with the better business bureau that called itself Consumer credit counseling of America (which they all seem to be named like)

Then this company told transferred our debt settlement over to Hess Kennedy. We lost $8500 to them over the last 3 years by paying $314 a month. We just found out today that they went under. Our credit is really messed up and our creditors are passed the point of unhappy with us.

We were scammed twice. The only reason I post this is to say DON'T USE THESE DEBT RELIEF COMPANIES. We could have been almost paid off by now. but now we wasted almost $10,000 and haven't even touched our $22000 dollar debt.

Tomorrow we call to talk with our credit card companies to plead our mistakes. Hess Kennedy is (was) a scam. Debt Relief of America is a scam and consumer credit counseling of America is a scam! I only post this because I am so crushed and feel like I should do something to help someone else.

HKC are interent pirates scum-bags. I knew it all long and now I got the proof with so many coming at them now. Hurt them where it hurts the most!!!

I got taken for $3500 with this company. And HK wouldn't refund any of my money like they were suppose to. Campos told me I would get back at least $1249. Well HK wouldn't grant the claim I filled. They all suck pure and simple

Well, looks like HK and Campos fooled you all seeing as they are being brought in for criminal actions by the DA in Florida...if it sounds to good to be true, then it probably is!!! HK and Campos are first class crooks and should be locked up for the rest of their miserable lives. I pray that all of you defending HK and Campos get your money back, good luck! By the way, I asked all of my creditors about their services roughly two years ago and every single one said to stay away...hmmmmmm....

All I know is that Campos Law Firm scammed me out of 2K and I also would like to know when if any $$$ is coming my way due to the court receivership?

They said they can't release funds until the judge orders it...which she claimed to be mid november to late dec. Is their anyway to get my money sooner times are rough and i'm looking at moving cause my company isn't doing to hot
