Yes I'm back and I'll say it again that Hess Kennedy does not do a good job and I hope they do go under. I'm sorry for your smell of fish and I'm sorry if you feel bad but I'm not lying about my situation and I don't care if you don't take my story but it's the truth and you can just jump if you want. I'm not paying for "services rendered" to a bunch of crooks who have not done nothing for me but make my life a living H*** here on earth. I can settle on my own and not need them so take it or leave it sucker.

please help i put my money into this firm believing it would help me

Listen to Lou Lou, he is a debt collector. Open up your yellow pages locally and find a credit counselor or an attorney.

Do not go with Hess and I'm not lying about it. They suck at their service and they will keep you out in the dry to hang there with no help. Call and ask to speak with Adam or Debbie they'll lie to you they did me

Has anyone used this company for the time frame specified? And all your debts are now taken care of?

Hess is not a good company to work with. They are supposed to help you out and not get you further in debt. All of my creditors would call them and speak with them and Hess Company would tell them I'm in bankruptcy and that was not the case. I don't like people who lie about my debt to cover their butts!! They have a bad rep and don't go with them. Go to your local yellow pages and find someone local if you need to visit them you can. STAY AWAY FROM HESS KENNEDY COMPANY!!!

we signed with them over a year ago and have had nothing but problems. they settled one account but never spoke to any other representatives of other companies. i had to go to small claims court with just a letter from them saying we were clients.no reprentation at all. they dont even return calls. severed relation in april and have reported them to BBB, Florida bar assc and attorney generals of maine and florida. maine has contacted them and also discovered they are not licensed in maine to practice . I hope they are all disbarred

I signed up with Free Law Space and it has been a huge relief. I appreciate the fact that when I call there office, I get a paralegal on the phone or at least a call back. I have had a good experience and would refer anyone to them.

I was wondering if anyone out there know's anything about "The Attorneys Network"? The paperwork/contract they sent me through this company is entitled The Consumer Law Center which sounds like it's connected to the same attys. you say are a scam. Please respond to me as quickly as possible.

I worked for a co. that worked with hess and kennedy and they are scam artists.

i'm reading this whining and complaining, I was a collector a few months ago and my agency got the pants sued by campos. I am not dropping any names because that is nobody's business, and due to campos's intervention the collection agency lost big. I quit soon thereafter when I realized how much of a lie credit is.

Try waking up and realizing that the banks are not your friends. If you only had enough sense in your brain to actually fathom that one simple fact, you will soon realize the gravity of the situation. Turn off your TV, stop talking to your creditors, and beef up on your reading comprehension skills.

Do you realize that bill collectors are trained professionals who are expert at getting into people's heads, all to break them down and extort money. Americans have forgotten about their rights, and banks have their crap shrouded in secrecy for a good reason. All to make it easier to rob you blind.

I am a debt collector. We are not all bad people. We do however no longer try and collect on any account where the debtor is represented by an attorney.

The law firms are suing us individually now and not the debt collection agency. My supervisor said that if we violate the law and get sued the company is not defending us.

But if your one of the nice debt collectors . you need to start sharing some of your stories on here. by actualy helpin people out what going to happen and what can be done about it. YOu know if you have a heart of gold or ever been in a spot like alot of us. You would care enough to help us out here. Right now debt collecters are a bad word to me. I hate them. They are rude. I dont know how people can actually go to sleep knowing what they have done to people. So debt collector if you all at bad prove it and give some advice on here . I see that you gave one . Lets see if your strong enough to help any more. Have a heart and help us in need. Because one day you might be in the mess.

It's funny how people go on here to blog and throw stones at a company, when they do not have a legitimate source of complaints! Childess I think because if you are really complaining about the services and are really getting ripped off, why not go straight to the American Bar Associations and get their licenses yanked if the complaints are legitimate? Why not file complaints to the Attorney Generals office and have that company shutdown? So in reality of it all the people who are posting negative insights must be from a company that aren't doing so well and rather than posting legitimate complaints on a blog they rather bash on companies for their own benefits and not the interest of a consumer! I work for a company that help and assist clients to really get out of debt, but I will refuse to use a blog to advertise false complaints just to gain a clients trust no need to because I know our business is legit and we are easy to find, so all of you consumers, all you need to know is that go to the real source for complaints or scams. BBB, Bar Associations and Attorney Generals office and better yet the Federal Trade Commission and if they had numerous complaints on a company believe me they will shut that company down! Thanks and just becareful of what you hear especially when it's just a blog from a disgruntle ex-employees or competitor companies around the globe!
