Definately, check with the BBB and states' AGs, that should do it.

I looked up Hess Kennedy online and they appear to be a legitimate Law Firm.

Befor calling it a scam lets just research and make sure the companies are not linked together, there are serveral companies out there they may have simialar names or address, wouldnt want to ruin their reputation by labeling them as scams.

It is nice to see everyone in the forum is keeping an eye out for misguided information. Possibly a solution is to ask other debt consolidation services about their competitors.

If you are unsure about this company then you should do your own research on them if you've done research and didnt like what you saw then go to a company you feel comfortable with

While some situations are clearly a scam, some are quick to claim scam, whether it's from an unknowledgeable perspective or just to create chaos.
What is it with people that just like to stir the pot anyway?
