Hmm.. Thanks for posting this information if it's true. I know HK has a lot of issues in their business and they can tie with another company to carry out their scam. Let this info also get verified and people become cautious.

Berger, I looked up Jeffrey Scott Campos with the Florida Sec of State, his law firm was incorporated in April 2007. Mr. Campos graduated from St Thomas law school in 2004.....so essentially he is a rookie. Jeff is also partners with Laura Hess of "hess Kennedy".....as most on this site are aware Hess kennedy is a scam.

Check out freelawspace.com and you will see that Laura Hess knows that people are aware of HK's scam, so she is trying a new angle called "Campos Chartered Law" with her partner Jeff Campos. In any case it looks like HK and Campose both get their clients through the telemarketing efforts of CCCS or CCCOA.

People check out these companies and be careful!

I signed with campos law firm a few months ago and they already settled 3 of my debts for a lot less than they told me it was gonna be when i signed with them. I dont know anything about hess kennedy but campos is good in my book

We no longer refer business to Hess Kennedy Company nor do we refer business to Jeff Campos. We refer business only to Richard Brennan.

Mr. Campos has already stopped my creditors from harrassing me and has entered into negotiations on my behalf. I would highly recommend this firm, they have been up front and honest with me in my dealings with them as well as several of my friends who have used this firm.

Seems to me that the real crooks are CCCA. They take peoples money and don't provide any service what so ever. Its only a matter of time before the FTC shuts those criminals down. I think its a point in HessKennedy's favor that they won't do business with CCCA anymore. I for one will look forward to doing business with HessKennedy in the future just based on that fact.

Obviously the people at Hess are attorneys. Show me another debt settlement firm that will represent you in court. I can't believe some of you people.

I looked up Jeffrey Scott Campos esq with the Florida State Bar, he passed his bar like 2 years ago......sounds like experience to me. Also why would Jeff Campos who is partners with Laura Hess of HK use "The Kayden Group" website?? Suspicious

Hess Kennedy has not had a complaint in months in here. All old complaints from people lied to by CCCOA.

They settled two accounts in collections for me. I lost my job and they refunded my money. Just email them and tell them your credit counselor was not honest.

All I need to know is that Jeff Campos and Laura Hess are partners/scammers. Hess Kennedy is getting hammered by massive numbers of complaints from all over the country, so Laura Hess and Jeff Campos are trying to divert attention away from their shameful business practices by creating "The Campos Chartered Law" obviously actively trying to decieve people!

Piehole must be a debt collector. I received a nasty letter from a law firm and it did not comply with the "first letter" rule under the fdcpa, hess sued them right away and they lawyer zeroed out the debt.
