This is getting ridiculous...someone might actually take this jerks garbage for truth! Can't something be done? He is taking trolling to new heights and the fact that he is answering guest posts with his unlawful and damaging drivel. Normally I am all for free speech, but SOME people abuse this right and this troll is one of them.

Not you JCEMT  I LIKE you...  But I was making a plea to the powers that be to maybe ban him or something..if he was just posting his typical diatribe, then no biggie..but he is posting on guest topics suggesting and saying things that are wrong and damaging and what if he got to someone before one of us did and they go and get ripped by the JDB?

Yeah, the guy is a jerk. Either he works for a CA or he just likes to flame boards. Since he has tried to misquote FDCPA I'm gonna guess he's a collector who's life is being made hard with people getting educated to their rights.
Congress should make it mandatory for the CA to ship a copy of the FDCPA with the dunning letter, all 23 pages of it. Along with all 80 some pages of the FCRA.

Then they'd print it in 4 point type on tissue paper, to save costs. You'd need a microscope to read it. Be careful what you wish for......
