This site is costing me money

People are coming to this site and others like it and are thinking they don't have to pay me. Well, you do have to pay me even if it means a lawsuit. But that takes time, and meanwhile, I've got bills to pay. I'm thinking of filing a lawsuit against all websites such as this.

I usually don't even pay any attention to this guy but this is too funny. What grounds would there be for this civil action? Even funnier, if the act of educating consumers to their rights causes you to default on bills it would be a riot if you started getting calls from collection agencies that treat you horribly and you have to take out a PDL to help catch up, then you default on the PDL and you get people harassing you at all hours of the day and night saying they will send you to jail, etc.

Nonsense, welcome to a recession economy. Hope you survive the experience.

You know what, though? I'm noticing our visits from "Nonsense" comes in cycles. He'll post heavily for a week or two, then disappear for a month or so, then come back posting his garbage again.

I'm thinking "Nonsense" must have a good reason for his absences from our boards, I bet he was in jail. He must have gotten sued by someone he verbally abused, couldn't pay the fine that was won by the debtor, so he had to spend some time in jail.

Either that, or his Internet keeps getting cut off because he's not paying his own bills. I've read that, statistically, quite a few debt collectors have bad credit themselves. "Nonsense" must be trying to forget he has lousy credit by treating people that might have fallen on hard times like garbage.

What do you guys think?

100% agree. I also noticed he posts in spurts. You could be right Ron, perhaps his internet has been off for a while. Although I much prefer to think of him spending some quality time in jail.

I do not think he is a collector at all. Just someone who is bored! He will never respond after posting one comment!

"He will never respond after posting one comment! "

Typical troll behaviour. They just make a comment and then run. Frequently they dont even bother to check back on the replies

I've seen him (NONSENSE..I mean) a few times. He says "people aren't paying him because of this site?" Isn't it the CHOICE of the person, NOT to pay him? All this site is doing is giving 'education' (financially..) to those who need it.

Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy
quote "I'm thinking of filing a lawsuit against all websites such as this."
Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes
very funny..does no nonsense collector have FDCPA etc in his or her corner? I hope this site continues to cost them money and puts company he or she may or may not work for out of business!
no nonsense collector should be very busy these days in these trying economic times Ron mentioned...but if things are handled lawfully and respectfully..fair debt collector should be able to pay their own bills if they "do unto others as you would have others do unto you"...
I totally agree with Ron that statistics have proven that these collectors are themselves in a big amount of debt...and don't keep in mind that respect might put them back on the road to recovery as well..
no nonsense is full of nonsense

and I think the reason THIS PERSON posts is because this site educating people to exercise their rights and not be afraid...DOES INDEED cost this person a huge amount of money in commissions!
