How do I find out if ACA Recovery is licensed in the State of NJ? I know they are supposedly located in NJ.

a good place to start would be your state's secretary of state office. many states have an online-searchable list of businesses that are licensed. It is usually called something like a "corporations database". You should also check your state laws before searching, to make sure that a license is even required in your state. Some states have no such requirement.

thank you, I do know in NJ you have to be licensed. I have been on the site but it seems pretty outdated and when I do a search nothing. I will try a little harder.
