I wanted to thank JCEMT and Frogpatch again for your help. I have filed complaints with the FTC and my AGs office against this company. I also got a hold of an attorney here in NJ and is going to meet with me on 6/23. He is looking forward to hearing my voicemail messages left by this company acting as a law office and threatening to suspend my Drivers license. I actually also have the lady who called state that she contacted me on 5/2 and that I told her my attorney was going to get in touch with her. Isn't it a violation once they send the letter out they are not suppose to contact you until the 30 days is up? If so it clearly will prove that I received a letter dated 4/14 and she called me on 5/2. Does anyone know if this is such a violation?

I received another call from the Law Offices of Norman Kalina. Mrs. Clarke left a message stating that if I did not get back to her by 5pm that day and/or at least by 6/20 she would give my paperwork to the attorney and he would start litigation against me in my local court. Now if they do not file by 6/20 isn't that another violation-threatening to sue me and not following through? I see an attorney on 6/23 on FDCPA violations and usury violations. I have now 3 saved voicemails. I know it sounds crazy but I want them to file against me as I will counter sue.
