AIS Services LLC and NATIONAL CREDIT ADJUSTERS!!!!

I disputed them both, not sure whats going to happen now though, has anyone had a pdl removed from their report, do i have any hope?

NATIONAL CREDIT ADJUSTERS posted the type as Bulk purchase finance (wth is that)

And AIS is other!

I had them report to the CRA's also. I sent them the DV letter with it stating that until they can validate, they must not try to collect which includes reporting to CRA.

They have not DV'd yet and it is not showing on my CRA.

If they don't respond within 30 days, check your CR and if they are still reporting, send them a notice that they are in violation of the FDCRA (include copies of your original notice and CMRRR and green card), threatening to take illegal action.

That will stop them in their tracks until they can validate.

and i keep getting alerts that they keep hitting my crs, i got on mon, tue, thur, fri, and today, and they are all stemming from pdl yes, but aren't you supposed to get some type of notice b4 they hit your cr, because i got NONE, so what do i do now?

why was this moved?? if anything it should go to credit repair and not here, this thread is NOT about a collection agency

CAN SOMEONE MOVE THIS TO AN APPROPRIATE SECTION!

If you have sent a Val letter to this CA and they have not validated, you can dispute it with the CRA, I think it must be removed if the CA is not able to verify it to the CRA.

yes one of them was removed today, but this the wrong section, i put this in the payday loan section, or at least the credit repair section

can you move it?

I had a collection agency called Credit Service of Logan report on my credit report for a defaulted payday loan. They was reporting it as unpaid and being delinquent, but I recently had it updated on my credit report saying "included in bankruptcy."

please file a complaint with the FTC website. They can be fined for doing this.
