I was sued by Apothaker and associates on behalf of LVNV. I sent them a dv letter and never recieved a response. I showed up to court ready to defend myself and the plaintiff did not show. The case was dismissed and I thought that would be the end of this. Three days later I got a subpoena for another court date. The date of the mailing was the same day that my case was dismissed. How many times can a case be dismissed and refiled? How do I file a motion to dismiss with predjudice? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
