Sub: #1 Hired Debt Collection Attorney

Here is an example as to why I am hiring an attorney.

Lets take the local law enforcement. Ever notice how a criminal has to do something at least a 1000s times before they are actually put in jail? Its so hard for police to get their procedures right, and so many times, a defense attorney is able to get someone off on a technicality.

well, such is the case with collection agencies, and collection law firms too. They mess up so much, that cases ended up getting dismissed.

Wish me luck.

You have hired attorney to collect debt or to fight collectors

Not quite sure what you are trying to covey through your post.

I am trying to convey that the debt collection process is stupid and convoluted, that like most law enforcement issues, no one knows what the truth is anymore.. The victims are the defendents, and the defendants are plaintiffs. There is so much confusion, waa laa, everything gets dismissed!!!

I am saying that this especially works for debt collection since the collection agencies violate so many laws, the debt is no longer valid!!

Ok....CA breaks the law. The debt is still valid. Dont know who is telling you the debt is invalidated by any violations but they are way off track. You are also comparing criminal law to civil law....apples to oranges.
