Bayside Asset Recovery violating FDCPA by making threatening calls.

These people are scams. I called and asked for the owner one day .. claims is no owner. I called back and talked to this reall nice girl. Gave me a name of Charlie Lockwood. Claims can't reach him. but did disclose North Carolina and than h/u. Ya, I got her. Did some research. This guy is a joke and a conartist

I agree with all of you, Bayside Asset Management is an affiliation with Allstate Processing Solutions which is also called "Allstate Litigation", I have been receiving threatening calls from a Courtney of Allstate and she is telling me that I will go to jail for possession of stolen property, WHICH IS NOT TRUE, for my failure to return merchandise to Aarons. I will also write the FTC and file a complaint against Aarons Rentals, as well as Allstate Litigation. She has threatening me that she will contact the authorities and have me arrested, now that's really funny, I now have all their contact information will be filing a lawsuit against Allstate Litigation a/k/a Allstate Processing Solutions. Courtney, I have your damn address now!

Bayside Asset Recovery is a fake name.. they change it all the time with a new number so they dont get sued. In fact, if I am correct, they are currently using, Titan, or Signature Management. And ofcourse the owner has his buisness.. CJC something or other.These people lie and have one person call pretending they are a process server to scare you. Than when you call back you are calling teh same office and talking to the person sitting next to you. They have several offices with different names that change all the time.. Including North Carolina, that is where Charlie Lockwood runs his scams, stealling from everybody, Thier Amherst Offices wich are run by Christopher Collins.. Mind you got married last year and Spend aprox 20k on with Wedding with your money, (and his wife married him to stay in the counrty, how sad) Shawn Bure who is the head out in Arizona.. He is the biggest looser of them all.. has his mommy her in Buffalo being the big Snitch.. she is worthless.. JOANNA SCINTA... and ofcourse they have a new office with Paul Erickson... the cigg guy..
