Our company is dealing with them now. The creditor inaccurately reported an amount we allegedly owed - for goods never received. Naturally since they are paying this company, they are telling the truth, right?? We negotiated an amount with one rep from B&W and paid that amount. Two weeks later, we get more than 10 calls each day stating they have no record of our payment, we should "prove it" and that we still owe the creditor money. Sloppy work.
