Thanks Uncle Wulf, Your sarcasm inspired me
You know, in addition to being a junior (as I am still new to this) consumer advocate I also play dungeons and dragons. In that game trolls can regenerate, and the only way to kill a troll is with fire. Now where did I put that flamethrower?

so if you had a car loan, would you send the bank a letter saying you couldnt pay and expect them to call ??? NO your car would be repo'd ....but oh wait the repo guy is just doing their job ....just like f&g, but ooooo no you are trying a class action lawsuit and make up lies that you havent been served .....meanwhile , 3 copies are always sent of a summons in regards to a debt

You think they actually think coming here is going to affect how our members are going to pay their debts! If said trolls would read a little they would find we do pay our debts,we just do it in a reasonable manner and to the correct party.

A guest using the name no comment left this on my page:
oh really?? your threatning to kill me is that right, maybe i should get an attorney and start a lawsuit against you

If he/she/it wants to file suit against me they my certainly file. But I'll get it dismissed because the plaintiff will not be able to show cause, let alone determine where to send the summons to. "I'm gonna sue you even though I don't have grounds to do so, even though the judge and defense council will laugh me out of the court room"

I'm trying to decipher your use of grammar. Does double question marks make it a deeper question, or does it become a double question? Does using multiple exclamations make it any more exclamatory? Oh wait it's troll speak!

But to answer your question, sometimes it seems so. I know that in order to practice law in a state you have to be licensed with the Bar Association with that state (which seems to escape many of them)

Unless licensed in a particular state no debt collector shall engage in conduct deemed the practice of law. Without limiting the general application of the foregoing, the following conduct is deemed the practice of law:
(a) The performance of legal services, furnishing of legal advice or false representation, direct or by implication, that any person is an attorney;
(b) Any communication with consumers in the name of an attorney or upon stationery or other written matter bearing an attorney's name; and
(c) Any demand for or payment of money constituting a share of compensation for services performed or to be performed by an attorney in collecting a claim.

What about showing cause or following proper service procedure?

An "Internet troll" or "Forum Troll" or "Message Board Troll" is a person who posts outrageous message to bait people to answer. Forum Troll delights in sowing discord on the forums. A troll is someone who inspires flaming rhetoric, someone who is purposely provoking and pulling people into flaming discussion. Flaming discussions usually end with name calling and a flame war.

I can't help but wonder, what is your stake in all of this? Let's say for arguments sake your not just here to flame the boards and try to cause drama. Do you work in collections, or a law firm?

I'll be awaiting your answer.
