Long story short - they sued me over Providian credit card - I answered complaint & then signed settlement agreement. Agrmnt waives atty fees & interest but after $3K in pymts when I called to negotiate stlment, they claim all $3k has gone to interest which is breach of agrmnt - since case was dismissed - can I STOP paying or can they RE-SUE me if I stop - in other words - can they sue me again for the same debt??? I checked the court file & the court DID dismiss the case as Borack's office never showed for motion to dismiss. Any attys out there?
