That's what my plan is... and i'm not gonna call more than once a day (was just joking about that) but i WILL call every day until i get it!
Also, FYI, can i use the 3 letters sent to me saying if paid by XX date this will be removed and liens canceled? I figured those are good enough but i want the REAL DEAL! Thanks for any info, Ang __________________

Well it pains me greatly to share this with all of u here! :lol: It seems that i forgot to check the mail yesterday so as of today looks like the relationship between me n Rob is now OFFICALLY over!
 I got my letter today!! YAYYYYY!!! I know now what it feels like to be rid of a royal pain in my neck! he he he (got ya on that one huh) Besides beautiful weather, this has been an AWESOME day for me! Ang __________________

Do you have it in writing that they would give you a paid in full, if so, besides calling fax a copy of the agreement to them also, then you can use up the paper and ink in their fax machine also. I don't think it is harrassment, they should stick to their part of the agreement. goodluck ang

Ummm... i got it today Fed!! Forgot to check the mail yesterday! So went out today and my PIF was in there!
Now i have to file it with the courts but i should be totally finished with CACH! Gosh hope i didn't jinx myself and have to deal with Rob again! :roll: Ang __________________

Ok so now i am SO annoyed! Not sure if i'm MORE annoyed at myself or this "so-called" attorney's office! These people are not the brightest of bright!! I go to the courthouse today to get the judgement cancelled and they have the wrong number on their paper work! SIGHS!
I dont' think i'll EVER get rid of these folks... now as i asked Rob, am i gonna have to wait another month to get the corrected papers?? Why O Why didn't i fight this? There is NO way in hell these idiots could have won a thing! :shock: Ang __________________

Ok i am SO ticked off at myself again!! GRRRRRRRRRRRR!
What is my problem?? I can NOT believe i ignored this suit!! That HAS to be the stupidest thing i've EVER done in my life! These atty's at this law firm are IDIOTS! Ok first they send me a request to cancel inscription and a satisfaction of judgment. I go to the courthouse to file it, wrong file #!! Sheesh it took me almost a month just to get this! Ok so i call them back.... they're gonna re-send me with correct numbers that btw i gave them! :roll: I ask is this gonna be another month? Oh no maam ull have it soon! I get it today... OMG! Now they send me the request to cancel and NOT the satisfaction! SIGHS. call them again, i tell the lady and she laffs, YES folks she laffs! I do NOT find ANY of this amusing at all! SHe puts me on hold and comes back and says the atty's are out of the office til Monday! SURPRISE SURPRISE! So it's looking like it MAY take another month to get this in order! I'm gonna call Rob back on Monday and ask him if he'll remove ALL of this since they've given me such a hard time here! A sign of good will?? Hey ang,
I am getting ready to go to an arbitration hearing with CACH, don't have a date yet, but the prothonotaries office sent me the list of attornies she promised. I had to choose one of the five that I did not want on the panel. I did not see the point in that because none of them have anything to do with debt as far as my research goes. They are mainly criminal and accident attornies. I hope they know enough about debt collection to give me a fair shake here. I have all my documents, so I am compiling a neat little packet to go to the arbitration with, I am hoping that arbitration means both side have a say right? Anyone that has any information, please post here, I know it will be with in the next 30 days. __________________

Heya Fed! Long time no see! Sorry but i don't know anything about arbitration! I DO wish u much luck and keep us updated... I finally recieved my papers to get this judgement vacated but not sure if they did it right this time! :roll: And i can't go to the courthouse tomorrow cuz they're closed for vet's day! I plan on going one day this week and keeping my fingers crossed that it's FINALLY correct! These atty's are NOT the brightest of bright!
