Hi,
Does anyone know if there is a new address for CAN? The BBB of OK is trying to send them paperwork and it came back as undeliverable...it looks like they have moved again.

Thank you, I sent those to the BBB. I checked my account with them online and it says that I was written off. I'm assuming I was sent to collections, but haven't heard anything yet. We shall see...

I found out the CAN wrote off my account because I had a balance of about $100 for the principal. With all the fee's and paydown amounts, I had overpaid them by $380 so I guess its the least they can do.

I also received a letter from ACC/the cashspot through the BBB of DE, they have agreed to close out my account and refund me the $525 that I have overpaid. I sent them an email to advise that it will to be a paper check and am waiting for their response, so far 5 of my 11 loans are taken care of, only 6 more to go...
