How do I contact CACH LLC?

Ok, as you guys know both of these companies are on my credit report for the same Chase account.

Both companies are 1, and have the same address.

I settled with CACH LLC, before I knew all the bad stuff they could do. Anyways they said they would send out a letter of payment in full, mind you this was back on 5-4-07. No letter has been received.

On my credit report both companies are still there, the CACH LLC says it's paid and closed. Collect America says 0 payments, and a balance of $1186 past due.

CACH LLC already has my money and I believe CACH LLC is the newest to own the chase charge off account, my question is since I paid them and not received a letter of payment in full, should I do something? I'm already worried that they might sell it...

CACH LLC, also CACV, is part of SquareTwo Financial, formerly Collect America, www.squaretwofinancial.com. 4340 S. Monaco, 2nd Floor, Denver, CO 80237  contact@squaretwofinancial.com, 1-800-478-5541 and 303.296.3345.  They refuse to answer complaint inquiries from the Better Business Bureau of Denver. A guy named Scott Lowery is the guy who started this shakedown outfit, Paul Larkins is the President/CEO.  The BBB says the old address of 370 17th St in Denver is undeliverable. Lowery's law firm may be at 4500 Cherry Creek Drive South, Suite 700, Denver CO 80246 if you'd like to harass them there.

Has anyone ever made the settlement offer with a check and it cleared, then recieved  a credit in your bank account?

Call up CACH and tell them you've still not recieved the letter. I'd also file a dispute with Collect America and CRAs. They can be sued (both of them) for inaccurate information on your CR.

I'll have to find the number for CACH, I've sent this to my Attorney General a few days ago, maybe he could help with a settlement or something. Who would I contact if I were to sue Collect America and the credit reporting agency's? And do I even have enough that someone would take my case?

i looked at my credit report...and i have outstanding balance of $191 for WHAT i don't know about. and says its been passed due since 07/01/06. I have no idea was this is about????

I tried to contact this company today and I was on hold for 59 minutes before I just hung up. Has anyone else had better luck? If so, what number did you call? I called 800-478-5541. Thanks
