i have recieved a summons from my local court from them it was not for a date but to reply to their attempt to collect. I have an address in Woodbury ny for them. they will not accept any payment options only payment in full.. or they will go further...that is in their words..

inway-Hello! Are you sure it was a real "summons" or a letter created to look and say "summons" to get you to pay???
