Very aggressive post, just like how most of the collectors behave. I can sense the frustration and the anger of the innocent people.

aciotsf, you're quite right. Most people know nothing about the law, most don't even know that there are statutes of limitations, and that they can sue the CA for violations, or even what rights they have. (All of this is what keeps debt buyers in business). This is why we can understand consumers' frustrations. I feel this is why forums such as this one are so important.
