Usually, T-Mobiles Collection Agencies won't produce requested validation, but they usually don't report either. Requesting validation usually triggers an account to be sent to another agency. after the third agency they send it to a Lawyer, who either does not produce validation, or produces incomplete validation. In may case, even though they didn't produce proper validation, I offered a payment plan , they didn't respond, and sent it off to another lawyer. for those who would say why didn't I just pay as I had proposed, When an account passes into closed or collections status, I do not make any payment until I have in writing what is being paid, how much and for how long.
