They say there charging me with checking fraud because they say they have me on tape saying a check number and some other info but the names differnent, soc. is differnent, and addresses was wrong. They threaten to call the police. and that its a felony. I havnt even recieved a letter cause they sent it to some other address. They say i have till friday to call and tell them weather im paying or not before they turn it over.What should i do?
First of all this needs to be reported, regardless of what their preachers tell you. The company charged me immediately after I received my debit card which in fact is proof enough that they are stealing credit information as the card itself only got used on Gamefly. Also on a second note Lalibco seems to also be using key tracker Trojans to do their data mining. I know this because I tracked the Trojan to malicious coding embedded in their website IP address. CRB did not contact me with threats and this "Mrs. Cline" never contacted me with threats either, so I myself cannot say whether or not CRB is involved. I am not saying they are innocent but I cannot say what I do not know.
Well the code was in the HTML code at least, not the IP. You get what I mean.

and they have been hacking into peoples' credit cards and charging people for software they never bought, never heard of, etc. They are thieves.
My credit card company found this to be a fraud and also reversed charges and gave me a new card, now i received a collection notice by crb from ohio saying they will report me to the credit bureau if i don't pay, so i called them and explained it was a fraud, they didnt want to hear that so i told them to send me dates my card was used, ip address where it was used and how they came to the amount of 161.96, and the email that it was sent to as lalib claim on there website they send a code to your email to activate your order, again they had no information and said they will send it, im still waiting, so i looked up crb on the bbb website (better business bureau) according to the bbb crb has a history of not being able to prove charges and than cancel the debt, so don't be intimidated by them just make sure they send you all information to prove it came from you, also i suggest in a few months check you credit report and if there is a negative, write the credit card bureau and they will investigate and find it to be fraud
Its simple the are scam artist and fing frausters
you can't go to jail for not paying a bill.I went through the the same thing with that company.
It's aginst the law for them to theaten you. Record all call with them, and call 877 382 4357

I just found a charge for $59.99 on my credit card bill. Couldn'at find a phone # on them. I called my credit card company and they immediately closed my credit card and are in the process of issuing a new card #. I know I have absolutely NO DEBT to be paid. I use 1 credit card and send a check as soon as I can get to my check book. I use the card because I do alot of internet ordering and I like to rack up the miles. This is one company I know I have never done business with, and if they are debt collectors, they are knocking on the wrong door.
So I also had an issue with Lalib CO and CRB, i had a issue where a bank card and a credit card were compromised .. the back and credit card company said i was cleared .. i later got phone calls from crb about every other day .. noting was sent to my house, i told them to send something a few weeks later i got a letter ...
so me thinking it was a legit company i just paid them ... but as soon as i paid them i had 2nd thoughts because the website was very "low key"
apon googling this company i see all these problems now .. now i dunno what to do
i just submitted a complaint to the FTC ... i hope this helps us all
They were just successful in making three unauthorized charges to my credit card. My CC's security system blocked SIX MORE attempts.
Does not sound like a scam -- sounds like THEFT!
