I was working for a company who gave me a credit card for the business. I left the company one year ago. Now I am being contacted by a debt collector stating that I owe them money. The credit card had the company name and my name on it. Can they go after me for the debt? Thanks.

Did you use the credit card for any recreational purpose other than what they company said they would pay for? If that's the case then I would imagine that the company themselves would be trying to get you to pay.
As long as you did not cosign for the card then you should be ok.

I would think if it's a company credit card u would be an authorized user on the card as i am at my work. I in NO way am responsible for ANY of the companies debts. Of course, the company i work for is a LLC. Is ur company a corporation?
I really wouldn't think u can be held liable.
