I have a pdl that was sent to collections. I have all my pdls with T & C. T & C has already contacted the CA to set up payments with them but now they have reported to the credit bureau. Can T & C request that the mark be deleted from credit report if it's paid in full? Or is that something I need to request. I would like to request pay for delete but I don't know if T & C should handle this or should I? Any suggestions/ideas?

What did T&C offer to them as far as when these were paid-for example- did they ask for PIF Paid-Delete?

I would think T&C could get something inwriting if they are accepting a payment plan, but I am not sure.
