Has anyone has any experience with Daniels and Norelli law firm. They are calling me and my employer threatening to freeze my bank accounts and garnish wages, I have asked for DV by certified mail. I tried to set up payment arrangements but they refuse to take them they only want payment in full. I am NOT sending them anything with my bank info. I live in Indiana and they have not sued so I know garnishment is not going to happen at this point.

They are calling everyone in my family and telling them that I owe money. Everytime I talk to them, all they do is call me a liar and keep calling me dear at the same time. What can I do to stop this?

They can't disclose your owed debt to any third party except your spouse. If they have done it then it's a fdcpa violation. Please follow the steps as mentioned in the last two points in the page: -
FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act) can save you from Collection Agencies

Apparently they just called my organization and bullied a number of people. Plain and simple, this kind of behavior is a violation of FDCPA. Read about FDCPA and you will know how to appropriately respond to them in the future. Remember, they are the debt collector, it's not your job to make their job easier. It's their job to figure out how to collect the debt, within the confines of the law and FDCPA.
