Has anyone has any experience with Daniels and Norelli law firm. They are calling me and my employer threatening to freeze my bank accounts and garnish wages, I have asked for DV by certified mail. I tried to set up payment arrangements but they refuse to take them they only want payment in full. I am NOT sending them anything with my bank info. I live in Indiana and they have not sued so I know garnishment is not going to happen at this point.

They are calling everyone in my family and telling them that I owe money. Everytime I talk to them, all they do is call me a liar and keep calling me dear at the same time. What can I do to stop this?

They can't disclose your owed debt to any third party except your spouse. If they have done it then it's a fdcpa violation. Please follow the steps as mentioned in the last two points in the page: -
FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act) can save you from Collection Agencies

Apparently they just called my organization and bullied a number of people. Plain and simple, this kind of behavior is a violation of FDCPA. Read about FDCPA and you will know how to appropriately respond to them in the future. Remember, they are the debt collector, it's not your job to make their job easier. It's their job to figure out how to collect the debt, within the confines of the law and FDCPA.

This company only exists because they can find suckers who fall for their scam. Do not talk with them. Do not give them any information. Do not confirm any information they might have on you. Tell them to send you everything is writing and don't be surprised if they admit they do not have your address or want to "verify" your address. Everything that you give them goes into their files and just helps them screw with you. If you do not know of any debt this company might be collecting for, do a credit check on yourself with all three credit agencies to see if there is something attached to you that you may not be aware of. Whatever the issue, deal directly with the company that the money is owed to and not with this RIP OFF company.

Somewhere along the line you were sued....did you receive a summons? Answer it? Show up in court? If not, log into your local county court website and find out the details of how and when you were sued. If you did not receive the summons, motion the court to set aside the judgment for lack of service.

In order for them to have levied your bank account, they would have had to obtain a judgment against you. Were you ever served a summons to appear in court?
