Has anyone had any dealings with these people? They are threatening and are quite rude.

They appear to be attorneys for Cach LLC, a collection agency. You can look at this thread, which is one of many about them at http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com...about9262.html Use the search feature here and you will see what others have experienced and done with them.

What type of debt is this, how old, etc? A little more info will help us answer your questions. Keep us posted!..karen

It is a Credit Card with Household, which I have been making some kind of payment to the account monthly. I missed making a payment last month due to finances and apparently they have charged off the account and now these people have it. The man that keeps calling tells me that I am listed as non response, when how can that be when I talk to him when he calls. I told him I needed to contact the company as I had been doing autopays and wanted to speak with them first. He almost laughed at me.

I was contacted today by one of them over a credit card that I had already agreed to make payments on. He told me that he was taking me to court, and that they would soak me dry with court cost. I then asked for his name, and company. He refudes to give any info. I told him that he could take me to court then and hung up. I was rather confused that a creditor would not give the name of their company. After contacting the local police in my area, I looked up who they were online from there phone number. Are they infact "credible" or can I refuse to make payments to them?

I also have been contacted by them regarding a "line of credit". the previous servicer would not provide documentation to me to prove this was my loan and they transferred it to daniels and norelli who are also refusing to provide the documentation and instead stated that they are taking me to court. this is all after the original servicer (Cach LLC/ Bank of America) informed me that my personal information was stolen and placed an alert on my cbr.
