I sent a letter to arrow financial services for debt validation and all they sent me was saying who it
was for. Isn't there suppose to be more info than
who it is for?

By laws, the debt validation must cover the following information mentioned in the fdcpa.

You have the rights to dispute any information given by the CA if you feel it's incorrect. They will get it verified with the original creditor. You can also call the original company and work out payment arrangements if you don't want to pay to the CA.

All it has is the company's name is this could enough
don't I need more info that this.

Original creditor is not obligated to follow the fdcpa as they are exempt. If they send enough info to identify you as a customer and identify what the balance is,they are covered. When they show the balance it should list how that number was calculated and what was added to it.
