they keep calling for someone that does not live here. even after I told them to never call my home again. I reported them to the Atty Generals office on 2/12/08. Gloria Gillford ( from Redline ) left a message on my machine for this guy. I told her now I now this guys business. she said I never called you, I told her she was lying as she is on my machine then she said she was calling for my husband and gave his name. I know she is full of crap as we do not owe anyone we are debt free..they called back again today but did not say anything. how do I make them stop calling me. can I sue these people? calling after I told them to never call again that they have the wrong number.

you need to visit fair debt collection website, there is a ton of information there on how to handle situations like this.
I would tell them that any further communication will be considered harrassment and file a police report if they don't stop, you can also call your phone company and ask them if there is anything they can do to help you with this issue.
goodluck, I know they are a pain in the rearend when you owe them debt, I can not imagine the frustration if you don't owe the debt.
