Sounds like a demand for validation to me. The sort of thing you'd send to a CA in response to an initial dunning letter or first call, right? If you need a template, I like this one:

Based on the last thread she had wulf, I think she means she wants to dispute the validation she did receive because it wasn't sufficient? I think. Smile

I must have missed the last thread of hers. Sorry, been busy.

If you want to dispute validation as it was sent, this would likely do it. Take the letter you sent originally, and add a paragraph or so pointing up the difference between what was sent and what is needed. If you're feeling particularly magnanimous, you could toss in a copy of the original letter and maybe the return card.

If you want to get a better answer out of me, kindly re-phrase your initial question. I'd like to provide the best info I can, but fear I may not be understanding you properly.

sorry for being so vague. I emailed budd hibbs about my troubles with wolpoff & abramson and told me "Send them a dispute validation notice making demand for all documentation that validates their claim. Warn them to cease all collection activity untilthey have complied. That will stop all collection activity until they
comply."
