That is a letter to the CRAs disputing? That is good, and since you are disputing one part of the account, it leaves you the possibility of disputing again on another part of the account.

goldenbast,
I did not send the letter (below) because I wasn't sure I should dispute or tell the credit bureau that i did not make a recent payment and that the CA was trying to revive the account. However what I send yesterday was:
1) Second DV letter to CA demamding proper validation or disist, and demanding the CA to remove its listing from my credit report or I would sue.
2) Sent a dispute letter to the credit bureau asking them to remove the CA account from my report since debt wasn't validated. sent copy of all letter and receipts that i previously sent to CA.
So my question is: SHOULD I DISPUTE with the credit bureau right now this strange recent payment that has appeared on the original creditor account?
This is part of the letter not sent:
In reviewing the attached credit bureau report issued by your agency, I have detected an error regarding the following account(s) in that it is reported inaccurately.
I’m not aware of any recent payment for the amount of $XX on this account. In reviewing the process I believe Asset has illegally tried to re-age, revive the account. They’re illegally reporting wrong information on my account. I’m not aware and I have not authorized any transaction on any of these accounts.
