I will admit like an idiot I placed my checking information online for a payday loan. I got approved for one then I get charges from ambassador which my bank refund and then 400.00 from dinero investments!!Does anyone know them?? they are not the company that I got the loan from because they told me what 2 names they use to withdraw money. I am so freaked out now warning everyone DO NOT EVER DO A PAYDAY LOAN ONLINE!! BIG TIME SCAM!!!

From what I have seen, there is nothing on them. I think you got scammed, sorry to say. You may want to check with the bank and see if you can get more information or possibly file a police report.

No one knows of them from what I have seen. I checked around for over an hour and came up empty.

Does it list a state that they are in?

What state are you in? that might help to narrow it down.

I am in IL
unlike ambassador there is a number which I called but they are closed. Would the state be listed on the bank as well?

I use Systran [among other services] for translation. Go to BabelFish for a good list of translation services for most any language. Most of them are free, and many do a very respectable job.

Be sure you get your bank to refund those charges as well and definately file a police report! They illegally took money from your account, that is stealing. Smile

I have had a loan wiht Dinero Investments before. Their phone number is 1-800-351-8820 and Rochelle was the representative who helped me. You should try the number and see if it is the same one. Also, I don't think they are in Mexico. I originally applied for the loan with Cash Call, they denied me (said I did not qualify for an installment loan) but referred me to Dinero.

Also as I posted above, go to the BBB and do a search on Geneva Roth Ventures and you will see about 5 companies all with poor records.

I called Dinero and supposedly when I applied for a loan the search engine gave them my checking information. I guess there were some money owed for some old debt and the representative was a major BI$#. She said she had every right to do it,an affiliate passed on my checking information and I told her my bank is going to refund me the money and she told me she will personally withdraw money from my account every day just because she can and she has every right to take the money out even without my consent as she was laughing. Seriously no joke!! I got so pissed off and she got an earful of profanities but I then blocked ALL transactions to my bank so good luck to that witch getting anything out of my account again!! The bank has already refunded the over draft fee which makes me believe they are depositing the money back into my account right?
