What does notice of Discontinuance of Action mean? LVNV is the plaintiff against the defendant.

Sounds to me like maybe they are motioning to drop the case? I am honestly not sure...
Ok I just went and looked it up:) I was right, sounds like they are trying to discontinue an action...which likely means they are stopping the proceedings..but still I may be wrong, hopefully someone will co0me along who knows for sure.

It's a long explanation, but, in short, it means just what it says, the plantiff requests to discontinue their action. Did you send the a validation letter, (which, being LVNV, they no doubt didn't answer)?
