I received a message on my voicemail from this company leaving this number. I've done some research on this site and they are the same as Bass and Associates. I sent them months ago a DV letter request and never received one. I also repuested they not contact me at my office and only correspond through mail. they have called my office and left a message on my work phone. what do I do about this? can i file a harrassment lawsuit against the company even though they have used a different name and phone number?

If you can prove they are the same you can but it will be difficult. One arm or that company was fined by the FTC while the other went untouched because they had not establihed a link. There are a lot of Bass and Asscociates pros on this site. Listen to them.

Why can't they stop these Bassholes. It has been years that they have been getting away with their illegal BS.
